Will is an electrical engineer with 13 years’ experience in the construction industry, working across sectors including advanced manufacturing, motorsport, R&D, education, residential and industrial.

He has over 7 years’ experience leading complex projects and is equally comfortable managing large-scale schemes with extensive design teams or smaller projects requiring close collaboration with end users and stakeholders.

Will takes a people-led approach and values relationships highly. This includes focusing on building strong, long-term relationships with both designers and client teams.

He holds a BEng in Building Services Engineering from Coventry University and a Master’s degree in Energy and Sustainable Building Design from De Montfort University,reflecting his commitment to sustainability which is embedded across projects.
