Rachel is an experienced HR professional with 8 years’experience within the construction industry and is an Associate member of the CIPD.

 Rachel has a passion for supporting people development while creating meaningful people practices. Combining her understanding of talent development and process improvement, Rachel acts as a trusted adviser to our employees at etch Associates and is responsible for managing all people related matters through the employee lifecycle.

Rachel works collaboratively with our Operations Manager and Directors to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practice, while influencing positive change throughout the business.
