Iraklis is a highly experienced member of the Sustainability and Building Physics team, with specialisms in Passivhaus consultancy, Net Zero Carbon strategies, NABERS UK Design for Performance (DfP) assessments, building physics analysis, and operational energy modelling. His experience spans retrofit and new-build projects across mixed-use residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and education.

 As a Principal Environmental Design Engineer, Iraklis typically acts as technical lead, supporting multidisciplinary teams in resolving complex environmental design challenges and shaping robust, deliverable performance strategies. He is leading multiple Passivhaus and EnerPHit projects from RIBA Stage 2 through to practical completion.

 Iraklis has delivered NABERSUK DfP assessments and helped develop energy performance standards across multiple projects, with a strong focus on achieving Net Zero Carbon outcomes. His track record covers the full project lifecycle from early-stage opportunity development and scope definition through to passive design optimisation and detailed technical reviews.
