Gemma is our Group Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across all of our offices.

Working closely with the senior management team, Gemma provides strategic and operational input across key areas of the business. Her remit spans finance, human resources, marketing, bid production, and wider business support functions. As Head of Business Services, she works collaboratively alongside her team to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality support across the organisation.

With a background in commercial banking, Gemma brings strong financial and operational insight to her role and plays a key part in driving continuous improvement across internal procedures, systems, and workflows.

Gemma’s enthusiasm, approach ability, and strong organisational skills are evident throughout the business. She is always on hand to support both colleagues and clients and has been instrumental in refining internal processes to support the continued growth of the practice.
