The development consists of a large new-build family home over 4 levels, as well as a separate garage annexe building, external swimming pool and pool house and landscape works.

The team are working closely with the client to develop the brief and are coordinating with various other specialist such as swimming pool and audio-visual specialists to provide a coordinated detailed design. We are also developing the Client’s sustainability aspirations, advising on suitable renewable energy sources and building fabric improvements.
