This project optimises a DfE-approved budget by retrofitting existing buildings and as well as developing new buildings. The fabric and engineering solutions support careful allocation of funds to address critical non-compliant systems and support the creation of high-quality, inclusive teaching spaces.Block C marks the first phase of the scheme to enable refurbishment of the existing sites.
